These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CashCove (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

CashCove is a personal money-management tool that helps you record and review spending, budgets, cashflow, renewals, and balances. It is an organizational aid, not a bank, broker, lender, tax preparer, or licensed financial adviser. Nothing in the Service is personalized investment, legal, or tax advice.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

You own the financial data you enter. You grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to operate the Service for you. It is stored encrypted at rest, nothing is recorded without your review, and you can export or delete your data at any time.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• attempt to access other users’ data or breach the Service’s security;
• reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service or its infrastructure;
• resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Figures, forecasts, and summaries are estimates based on the data you provide and may contain errors. You are responsible for verifying anything you rely on for a financial decision.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CashCove and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from financial decisions you make using the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service and its users. On termination you may export your data, after which we may delete it in line with our retention practices.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. When we make material changes we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
